I once found this website, where you can put in the ingredients (like 2lbs red meat, blah blah this, blah blah that) and it will combine the nutritional information for the whole thing and give you a nutritional information table based on what you gave it. But I can’t find it again. Help!

We believe that boxing is a better form of self defense than martial arts (from our own observation of real life scenarios) and want to get our son into it eventually. He’s only 4 1/2 and a very tender hearted, non-violent kid for being a little boy. I don’t know if he’d like it, or understand it yet. We do want him to try it though because it’s such a good form of excersize in addition to being great self defense. How should we go about this?
People need to calm down. It’s not right to attack people you know nothin about and accuse of us doing something wrong to our child! We aren’t violent people just because we want our son to learn how to box. We want him to be able defend himself only if needed. I’m all for turning the other cheek and avoiding any physical conflict you can. But there may come a day when he’s getting attacked and needs to defend himself. My husband and I have both seen (while in high school) the little guy who was being attacked, lay the bigger guy flat out because he knew how to box. Nobody could believe what they saw. We don’t want him to get into it as a sport where he’s doing it all the time and sparring constantly. We just want him to learn how so he can keep up his practice to do what he needs to do. Plus it’s very good exercize. He’ll learn other sports too, we don’t JUST want him to box.
Excuse the above grammar error. I meant to type “nothing” about, rather than “nothin” about.
