Also homemade dumbbell ideas using same principles in the manual Infinite Intensity as well as awesome training ideas and priciples. I am not affiliated with Rosstraining.com in anyway , but am sick of people getting ripped off with incomplete programs ,and overpriced wiegths. Check out Ross’s ideas epecially and the alternatives offered to akek your own dumbell and kettlebell handles and add cheap store bought wieght plates. Iron is iron and this is far better than spending your pay check on a million differant KB’s or an overpriced adjustable dumbbell handle.

I’ve been doing weight tranning for little bit less then a year, without cardio, and on scale it actaully shows up as if i gained weight, well i know that how its suppost to be. For the last 3 weeks i have been doing treadmill almost every day for 45 minutes, but i have no clue what is the most effective way to to actaully run on treadmill. I ve heard that itervals are good, like doing 3 mph then switching to 6 mph, and back and forth, i also heard that just doing costant speed for long period of time is good, also i heard that breaking cardio in two parts is good , like doing cardio for 20 min, then doing abbs, then going back to cardio for another 25 min, so any suggestions?
