orbit asked:
I saw a segment on 20/20 about the no cardio workout. Basically, the idea is to gain a lot of muscle so your body will burn off more calories, therefore making you skinny. Now that I think of it, every time I goto the gym all the fit people are doing weights and all the non fit people do cardio but they never do both. What is your take on this?

I would like to loose a little weight, (about 15-16 lbs to be exact.) I have a career where I am behind a desk most of the day and have 2 children to care for at night, so my schedule leaves little time for exercise. There is a CURVES close to where I work and I am thinking of joining. I hear their workouts only last 30 minutes and can help you loose weight. Feedback from anyone who has tried this program would be appreciated.
