What is a good Cardio workout at home?

I have Chf, & cancer, doing well, but have not enjoyed exercising. I know if i had someone to work out with it would help.
From those of you who have tried some what are some exercise dvd’s/programs that you can do at home and get good results?- Perhaps some pilates/dance stuff

Recently, I conducted a self-assessment which involved a sprint followed by a long run of 1.5 miles. I found that my sprint was poor (300 meters in 55 seconds). After a rest of about 5 minutes, I ran the 1.5-mile in 15:11. I found that my long run time was slower after sprinting, expecting something around 12 minutes at the most. I plan on training with weights and doing the event about every couple of days to get better. What else might be done, and is this a good approach?
What are some of your favorite boxing results that hyped you up the most that you couldn’t get to sleep that night? Happened to me several times.

I can’t stand skim milk but I need calcium. So I mix Hershey’s syrup with skim milk. I figure I’m not getting fat that way. Now I heard, I’m not getting the nutritional value of the milk when I mix it with chocolate. How about chocolate pudding?

I am looking for a cardio workout that will tone and stregthen my abdominal muscles. I am looking for something that I can do at home. I am not a fan of going to the gym. I already walk 2 miles at least 3 times a week. I am looking for something a little more intense. Can anyone recommend any exercises? I do have an ab-lounge, is that all I need to use? Any suggestions will be appreciated. I am not looking to lose weight. I just want to tone up.
Also do cardio and fat burning both fall into aerobic excercise and not anaerobic? I think anaerobic is weight training, correct?
I have no idea about what conditions can cause production of alanine and breakdown of proteins.

Ok, so i am interested in putting together a tough man boxing event. I want to take as many safety measures as i can. I was wondering what amateur gloves are best for safety? I know that they have gloves out there that reduce shock. I just don’t know which ones. Can i get some help? Also what headgear is best to use for safety?
