Nitrogen gas in the termite gut comes from swallowed air =. However nitrogen fixation can only occur in anaerobic conditions, since the enzyme responsible for converting nitrogen gas to ammonia is inhibited by oxygen.

As far as I know its a sixteen minute cardio workout of maximum intensity, every day. But I’ve never been clear on whether one should do multiple sets, or any way to qualify what kind of intensity you should be achieving. Please help.

nectarine head asked:
Often I just don’t use my veggies in time - the spinach is a little limp, the carrots bend a little more than they’re supposed to, I have to cut an eye off the potato, the cauliflower has slightly brown patches - and I would still rather eat them than throw them away, but wonder if they have lost some of their nutritional value by this time… is this so? I try to buy as much organic as I can and they also tend to have a shorter shelf-life.

I have been doing this for a long time but today my friend told me that I shouldn’t go to cardio today because I did pilates yesterday. But I have read that you can’t just do pilates to lose weight and that you need to do cardio too. She said something about if I don’t take a break today then I won’t build muscle and I will break my body. Is this true?

I am 26, 5′9″ and I weigh 135 pounds. I’m looking to get back in shape again with a running/lifting program. My goal is to increase my cardiovascular, endurance, and most of all to gain some muscle mass to put some weight on my body. Can anybody out there help me out with a program? I want to try and do this from my home. I have a weight bench and weights. Due to my work schedule, I don’t have much time to join a gym. Thanks for your help in advance!
