I do 30 minutes on the treadmill or elliptical and weight the machines but I’m not seeing the results I am wanting and don’t really even know if I am doing them correctly. I have also being doing weight watchers (which is a fantastic program!) and have lost about 6 pounds. The gym I go to doesn’t have trainers to help you or even available to hire.
