As soon as Im finish a real good cardio workout i get a really bad headache…..it seems like when ever I get my heart rate up I get a really bad headache right behind my eyes…..its gets soo bad that it makes me sick to my stomach! Im only 24 and in pretty good health so I cant see it being high blood pressure.
Looking for a contribution online, or a chat room, a weight loss. Anyone have recommendations? It doesn 't matter what kind of diet and the other people are doing, I'm just looking for other people to communicate with and tried to lose weight. Just to clarify, I am not looking for a diet, I'm looking for people to communicate with. Weight observers, army me and I have a very realistic view of what I want to lose time in weeks. The first response that I got from Lexi is really bizarre, so that's why I am clarifying my question.
does sprint training with a weighted vest have any downsides?
I know it does get my heart pumping and it’s helping my overall physical fitness, but all I read here is THE only good cardio workout is running, walking or riding a bike. No one ever even mentions swimming!

I have been going to the gym for about 4 weeks 3 to 5 times a week. I do 30 minutes on the treadmill or elliptical and weight the machines but I’m not seeing the results I am wanting and don’t really even know if I am doing them correctly. I have also being doing weight watchers (which is a fantastic program!) and have lost about 6 pounds. The gym I go to doesn’t have trainers to help you or even available to hire.
Im not all that fat, but I still would like to lose some stomach fat and put muscle there and on my arms, are there any personal programs you use that you could recommend?
I dont know what to do i have access to all boxing equipment at my karate studio. ANY TIPS will help.
i have a trainer sorta my master knows alot but i wanted to know what all i should work other than his routines. i have been doing speed bags heavy bags and lifting weights.

Im planning on buying a guinea pig and im odering all the supplies online, so i wanted to get two bags of food to be safe. But ive heard that the food loses its nutritional value after 4 to 5 months, does that still apply when you havnt opened the bag?
I usually do a cardio workout of about 22 mins(pre-cool down) 4 mins at 4.0 mph, 1 min of 5.0 mph, and the rest at 5.7 mph. I havent been to the gym in 2 days and was hoping to extend my workout and burn more calories. How can I pace myself for 40 minutes without passing out? I was hoping to run 4-5 miles instead of the usual 2.3 or so…
