For me, I made a resolution to lose weight. I’ve dieted for about 4 months, and I lost a total of 10 pounds and a couple of inches. I was 5′2″ and 128 lbs. to begin with. My main goal was to lose inches and get into shape. Ever since then, I grew an inch and went down to 118 lbs. I feel and look healthier than I did before.
How about everyone else?
has it worked for you in the past. i was also wonder what happens if you dont eat before you take the pills. i dont eat breakfast because of work so if you can help me out i would appreciate it.
Just wondering if it would be okay to take the two together?
I just recently watched THS Investigates Diet Fads, and saw two women who lost a good amount of weight with help of this website that helped make them a plan with weightloss and with exercising. Does anyone know the website OR any good sites that are give plans to lose weighty and exercise in a healthy manner?
Has this plan worked on anyone you know? How truthful is it really?
when i was first diagnosed with type 2 diabeties a few months ago i was taking one a day all day energy. i stopped taking them cause i was having side effects from the metformin and wasnt sure if it was from the vitamins or meds. would it be ok to try taking those again?

Am planning on drinking three shakes a day and my height is 5′10 and my weight is 180 and am 19.

I really would like to embark on a 40 day water fast for weight loss and to detox. After wards I plan on switching to a raw vegan diet. Given the fact that I am changing my eating habits, is water fasting an effective weight loss method?
I would like to lose at least 40 pounds I currently weight 130 and am 5′1.
While on my fast I plan to go on an hour long walk everyday.

I have been watching Inside Brookhaven a lot lately. I am obviously not big enough to go to a place like that, but i would like to prevent that from happening. I was doing really well at staying at a comfortable weight until my mom died a year and a half ago. When she died I lost control of my eating. I need some help to get back on track. My husband wants to help me but I don’t know how to tell him how to help me because I don’t know how to help myself.
Basically I think I need to go away for a couple of weeks and be focused on getting my eating under control and getting back my motivation to exercise.
Can anyone tell me how do I go about finding a spa to go to that is in California?

I’ve heard so many different opinions on if counting calories works to lose weight. I know the whole eating healthy thing, but I hear that if you eat less calories you go into starvation mode or something. I really don’t know what to believe anymore. 1700 calories a day which is just under what I need to maintain my weight. So what’s going on with this calories thing. Any feedback would be helpful.
