I am trying to lose weight by eating better and working out.
I want help keeping track of what I do daily,
(like what I eat, calories I consume, and what I do in a work-out).
Is there any websites that offer this help?
I’ve noticed at swimming pools many fat people swimming 50 lengths or more, they must be really fit to be able to do this, so why are they still fat?
Also, is there any health benefit in being overweight, in that you’re constantly exercising by carrying around the extra weight with you?
The fat people I see swimming usually do it with a leisurely back or breast stroke, and I’ve seen the same fat people in the pool everytime I go there (for months), and they’ve never got any thinner. Also, my ex-boss used to claim he swam 100 lengths every morning, and he had the biggest gut you’ve ever seen.
I have to lose some inches by Sunday for my wedding.I have heard you can lose up to 5 lbs by drinking a gallon of water everyday and eating plain tuna and protens and walking 45 mins. a day.
I just got a membership to a gym which has a steam room and sauna. Do these help weightloss or just water weight?
I have a party to go to in 7 weeks and I need to lose as quickly as possible. HELP!!
i heard that lemon juice really helps get rid of water weight so i started the lemon juice thing and i’m not sure if it works. has anyone tried it and did it work? but about splenda. i can’t stand just taking in lemon juice or adding it to water. its too sour for me and makes me sick. so does adding splenda to make it sweet affect it? i’m trying to lose 5-10 pounds in 2 months. i know its not much but i’m 180 trying to get to my goal of 165
I seem to hit plateaus rather quickly when it comes to eating well and running. I have to turn it up every week or I stop shedding pounds. Is there anything I can take or do to stop this from happening too soon or at all?
I want to buy it but also start eating a low-fat diet, but don’t know what types of food are actually low-fat and also have low calories. Any help would be great. Thx
I am needing to loss about 45-50 pounds. At 30, I have never before needed to try and lose weight. What are some questions that I shoould pose to my doctor? For that matter, what are some tests I might expect to take (blood work, stress test)? Is it better to see the Family Physician/General Physician as opposed to a specialist?
Would it make a big difference in addition to the hour a day i already excersise?
I plan on losing weight by running and dieting, but at the gym I have free weights and machines with weights at my disposal. What and how much, if any, should I use to help my goal of losing weight and toning up a little?
I was on the “purple plan” and got pregnant in the middle of my time with LA, I had to stop the program, and all the centers closed around my house. After having my baby, I realized during the time we moved the books had gotten misplaced and are now lost. If anyone could help me with this I’d really appreciate it. I had tremendous success with LA and really want to get back on the program.
curious about all the ads I hear for weightloss thru Herbalife(herbal magic etc)Has anyone tried it? what is the cost like? do you have to take alot of supplements(theirs I assume) etc.
I suffer from PCOS and getting weight to stay off is very hard. I saw on TV a new pill that help suppress appetite and was wondering if anyone else out there has ever tried the Hoodia. Thanks!
If you’ve tried something else like Trimspa, please let me know how long you’ve used it and how much you’ve lost. Just a little detail would be great. Thanks again.
