Ive started walking every morning first thing when I wake up (put my hair up in bobble, pull my jogging bottoms on and slip into a t-shirt and walk out the door) for around 20mins.
Should I walk longer?
Keep in mind, I have to get on the school bus at around 7.45, and Ill need time to wash and dress and straighten hair.
I have a heart murmur, and cannot take most weight-loos drugs that speed-up heart rates or overdose you with caffeine. I just want to lose about 40 pounds, and am looking for something safe to add to diet and excersize to help get the pounds off. Any suggestions?
Doesn’t it all depend on your amount of exersice and calories?
I used to be a very active, slim person weighing in at 105-110lbs at 5′4. Since I started an office job I haven’t had time for exercise and have been eating pretty poorly, I’ve manage to gain about 30lbs in the past year. I am looking to get back at my “fighting weight”. This past year has trashed my body, all my muscle has turned to fat now and being the athlete I was a year ago majority of my body was muscle. I was wondering if I cut down my calorie intake to 900-1000 a day to kick start my weight loss, then after a few weeks slowly easing back into a work out schedule while adding more calories will that help or hurt my situation. Will lowering my calorie intake even help me start to lose weight? Any responses will be appreciated!
I didn’t know if there were different types for women and men? I want something that provides vitamins I need and maybe an appetite supressant? Any ideas?
Slimfast tends to hurt my stomach too much. Anything else?
My wife and I saw a special on good morning america about Hoodia Gordonii Dex-L-10 and a MD talked about how he fully expected it to not work but did a month long study on some volunteers and they all lost weight and he was very surprised and even took it himself and lost weight. So I ran out and got some a couple days ago and i’m down 2 lbs and my wife is down 2.5. Is it too good to be true? I also understand Pfizer is trying to make a prescription out of it. It seems too easy.
P.S. He recommended ONLY the Dex-L-10 brand because it was the only brand that was thoroughly tested in laboratories, etc. He said most of the others don’t contain the real stuff.

I say fraud as she is collecting ?200,000 from Ryvita and her dramatic weight loss inferred it was down to the product. Even her husband help cover up the crime by claiming her weight loss was down to more excercise and eating less.
I need to loose about 100 pound and it doesn’t have to be fast. I just need to loose weight for my health. My main problems are not being able to stick to a program and carbs. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I am going on holidays before the end of July and i have to lose at least 6-8lbs before then. There are two diffrent kinds of weight loss surgery, one is called virtual surgery, the second kind is called bypass surgery. What is the benefit of these kind of surgery? are they common and excellence? are there fearfull side effect that effect anyone who does these surgery? does the surgery work property? what is the best one to do between the two kinds?
