As I have been a martial artist for most of my life I get a bit toey when it comes to training methods as to whether or not I feel the training can benefit me as a martial artist.
When kettlebell training is performed correctly it will without a doubt skyrocket your performance.
Power development, strength, agility and anaerobic threshold can all be addressed with the use of kettlebells!
I believe that there is not another tool which is such a versatile and useful addition to your overall fitness.
Kettlebells are part of my training, and I recommend that if you are serious about gaining usable results you should seek out an experienced, certified instructor.
Doing a Personal Training Session is always a challenge outddors when it is raining.
I get myself and anyone else I am training to train…. rain, hail or shine.
Sometimes it can be hard .
The best way to insure a training session goes on regardless of weather is to have a contingency plan to fall back on.
I have options that I use such as commercial gyms, my own gym and even my clients houses.
Kettlebells really come into their own when everything else fails. You dont need much space or equipment and you can have a really complete workout with just a simple kettlebell.
I have had a break from blogging for a while as I have been busy with business. Personal Training is a bit like that, sometimes you just have to knuckle down and do the long hours.
Tomorrow, after I do my own Personal Training in Sydney at 7 am I am driving down the South Coast to Bawley Point which is 15 minutes past Ulladulla in the beautiful Shoalhaven.
I have packed the kettlebells the resistance bands and mat … So I will be training when I am down there.
