Personal Fitness Trainer Sydney - Interval Session
Posted by NPMFitness on August 6th, 2008Ok, i am just doing a quick post because I need to be a? personal trainer for myself and go outside and do intervals!!
My session will be 30 minutes long and consist of? ten 3 minute rounds.
2 minutes on the cross trainer followed by 1 minute of skipping X 10.
I would really like to hear anybody else interval workouts….
Anyway I am off to get my sweat on!!
