Well I am going to start on a new fitness training cycle today.

August/September will be a 60 day challenge for me.

my new goal is to reduce body fat %.

I just finished a strength cycle and I am quite happy with my gains, I willbe looking to keep my strength gains throught out my fat loss cycle.

I will be back at 3 fullbody workouts and 2 interval sessions a week as a minimum.

I am really looking forward to this challenge and will try to post up my traiing and diet every day starting Tuesday as I will be away until then.
